What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard® and Visa® credit cards (issued by U.S. banks only and with a US billing and shipping address).

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes - your card information is encrypted and cannot be read by others during transmission. Our servers use the
industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information. These safeguards make your transaction safe and reliable.

Will my e-mail address or other personal information be distributed to third parties?

Do you charge for sales tax on Internet orders?
VEE Corporation is required by law to collect tax in every state in which it has a business presence.
Tax is already included in the price of each item.  Our system is continually updated to reflect the latest tax laws.

If an item is sold out does that mean that you will be getting it back in stock later?
If an item is sold out, the item is no longer available. If an item is on back order, it will be arriving at a later date.

How can I track/check the status of my order?
Just go to the Order History page, enter your e-mail address and password and click on "Submit".
If you aren't registered for this service, you may also do so on the Account History home page.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

How do I know how much my Shipping & Handling charges are?
The Shipping & Handling charges will be shown on the Final Approval page when placing an order.

Order Total Shipping Cost
$0.01 - $35.99:              $6.95
$36.00 - $50.99:            $8.95
$51.00 - $75.99:            $9.95
$76.00 – and up:           $11.95

There is an additional $8.00 charge for Express (3 business days) shipping & handling.
Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands must pay regular shipping & handling plus $8.00.

How is a product delivered?
All orders normally ship within 48 business hours after receipt. You will be notified by email or mail of any delay.
Orders are typically shipped UPS, and require street addresses (no post office box numbers, please).  APO Addresses ship via USPS.  Express (3 business days) service is available for $8 above normal shipping charges, AK, HI and PR included.  (Express 3-business day shipping not available to APO addresses).

Can I have an item sent to another address?
Yes. You can have your purchase sent directly to another recipient's address. When ordering on the Internet,
enter the address you wish to send to on the Billing/Shipping page when checking out. If sending a gift internationally, please contact us. 

If I am ordering from outside of the United States,
how long will it take for me to receive my order?

Will I be charged duties and taxes on my order?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.
These costs are not reflected in our prices. Please check with your local Customs Office about these charges, and remember that if you send a gift, the taxes and duties are charged to the recipient upon delivery of the merchandise.

RETURN POLICY

It is our goal to provide quality merchandise to all of our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, you may return it and we will promptly give you an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Return postage is not refundable. We will credit your account for the entire amount less any shipping and processing charges.

If you have misplaced a packing slip/return label please call [who?], a customer service representative can
